MAT PILATES TEACHER TRAINING

DATES FOR FALL 2025 ARE LIVE

Once you have submitted your application you must book a discovery call. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, go over details and make sure the program is the right fit for you. Your application is not complete without this call so please book it right away but NOT before filling in an application . We must have an application complete before your call is booked.

These calls are for serious applicants only. If you do not show to your call or you arrive unprepared (as in asking what the dates to the program are) we will not admit you to the program . Please treat it professionally.

Our mat program is comprised of 90 practicum hours and 80 plus in-class hours - taught by a diverse group of faculty with over 50 years of combined experience The course runs over several months with plenty of time to digest and integrate learning between each session. Our community is supportive and here to help you get the most of your training. We understand that everybody learns differently. We use a variety of different learning tools and offer a wide arrange of approaches to accommodate diverse learners.

There is a lot to cover and an outline we follow but we understand that the best learning happens when questions are asked and we go off script. We learn from and with each other and there are no wrong questions.
