Your payment information is submitted directly to our payment vendors, by either you or us, and is never stored by us. We automatically collect other information when you use the Website in order to improve the Website and analyze how it is used, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, activity on the Website, search string to access the Website (if any) and related metadata.

YOUR ACCOUNTS WITH THIRD PARTIES When you purchase our services online or in-person, you are required to create an account with a third-party service provider such as Momence Inc. or ClassPass Inc. Your account and payment information will be processed and stored by these third-party service providers. We do not store your payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account(s) upto-date, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account(s), and for all activity that occurs under your account(s).
7. THIRD-PARTY ACTS OR OMISSIONS We may use third-party service providers as outlined in this Policy and provide access to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the websites, privacy policies or privacy practices of such third parties, including any disclosure of your personal information by such third parties. We note that third parties may store your information on servers outside of Canada, where it will be subject to the laws of the country in which it is stored. Your use of such third-party services and websites is at your own risk and will be subject to the privacy policies of those third parties.
