CLASSES WITH MUSE
So many ways to move with us. We offer In-Person Small Group Reformer Classes and Virtual Mat Classes through our On Demand Platform.
Please note:
Waitlists Work - Definitely join the waitlist! It is very likely that you will be added to the class. Our waitlist notifications will be sent to the email and phone number provided on your Momence account. When a student drops out of class, the system will automatically register the next person on the waitlist with an email and confirmation text. If you find yourself unable to attend the class please take yourself off the waitlist to allow for others to fill the spot. If you fail to remove yourself, the system will automatically register you, if you cancel within the 12 hour warning you will still be charged the late cancellation fee.

The doors to the Artscape building are open during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). For classes outside of these hours, we suggest that you arrive 5-10 minutes early so our teachers can let you in. If you are not there on time, we try out best to unlock the south front doors. But, you will not be admitted into class if you are more than ten minutes late.
REFORMER
A movement experience that is both relaxing and energizing. The reformer machine provides feedback and tension from a spring system that helps you feel grounded, connected and challenged. This machine is built to mobilize your joints; strengthen and stretch your tissues while asking you, and helping you to, connect to centre. This apparatus is fun and fabulous and a Muse Reformer Class will leave you feeling strong, embodied and empowered with a nervous system that is regulated.
REFORMER FOUNDATIONS
This class is not just for newbies. If you are brand new to the machine we highly recommend starting with the foundations class so you can get to know the machine and feel comfortable and confident in class. We want you to feel empowered. If you are a Reformer Regular this class can be great too if you’re just feeling like getting back to basics, slowing it down a bit and doing more reps. Regardless of where you are at in your journey, you are going to get a well rounded full body workout that helps you focus, is healthy for your joints, creates strength and improves balance and leaves you feeling fab in and connected to your bod.
COMMUNITY REFORMER
We believe that movement should be accessible. These community classes are a sliding scale option to move with Muse. It's our same great reformer class and all levels welcome. There is no doubt about it, a reformer workout is awesome! A reformer class has the magic power of relaxing your nervous system, working your whole body and energizing you at the same time. Work with more than gravity to get a full body workout that helps you focus; is healthy for your joints; creates strength and; improves balance. The reformer machine adds weight with spring resistance to your exercises which helps you connect to all your muscles; mobilize your whole bod and increase bone density. The reformer is also really fun and a 55 minute class will go by in a blink.
JUMP BOARD
All levels welcome. Add a little pep to your reformer step. Same great Muse reformer workout but we add the jump board to help challenge endurance and balance and create resilience and flexibility in body mind and heart. Come play and jump and rebound into your day feeling fab after this fun 50-minute class.
PILATES DEEP
On Demand
Find connection to the deep roots of your body. Move with intention and attention to detail. Maintaining fluidity but take things a little bit slower. Pilates Deep is a full body workout that demands precision and engagement of deep stabilizing muscles. Focus on breath and control to feel yourself grounded and balanced and strong on and off the mat.
PILATES FLOW
On Demand
Muse’s signature mat class brought to your living room. This lyrical work out will get your blood flowing, your core singing and your joints mobilizing through intelligent and thoughtful design. Dynamic, high rep exercises are carefully sequenced so that you move gracefully and fluidly through each transition. Get lost in the marriage of flow and breath work and allow your body, heart and mind to find connection.
PILATES STRENGTH
On Demand
Feel empowered in body, mind and heart. Expect to find longer holds and a heavier loads that will recruit muscles you didn't even know you had. Each class offers a creative series of full body integrative moves that will call on you to access your inner strength and will leave you feeling grounded, centered and physically and mentally fit.
PILATES BARRE
On Demand
A low impact, high intensity Pilates inspired Barre class. For our online offerings grab a chair, a table or a piece of wall in lieu of a barre but get the same great workout. Find deep stability and balance with the assistance of the barre, to ultimately find greater range and mobility through the joints. Small precise movements mixed with dynamic full body expressions.

Bite size movement classes that focus on a theme, a body part or a feeling for those times when what you need or want is a shorter class or something very specific. Try one or; put together a few of your favourites in one go to fulfill all your movement/Pilates dreams.

PRIVATES WITH MUSE
If you have specific needs and goals, private Pilates sessions with any of our highly knowledgeable, skilled instructors is highly recommended. We can help you rehab/prehab; work with your specific injuries or conditions; postural concerns; fitness and lifestyle goals and more. We tailor these sessions to you and your body. Private sessions are also a great place to start if you are new to Pilates. Whatever your goals, our desire is always to help you feel embodied and empowered by working with and for you. We offer single sessions or discounted package pricing. We can’t wait to help facilitate your journey to connecting to your body.
