Lindsay (she/her) Lindsay has been teaching Pilates full-time for 8 years. Since obtaining her original Pilates Mat and Reformer certifications in 2015, she has also completed courses in pre and post natal Pilates, movement for scoliosis, various post rehab workshops, movement for trauma and a 200 hour YTT in 2019.

Although Pilates has a reputation for being quite challenging, she believes that Pilates is a method that stands out for being customizable and informed in order to make it safe and inclusive for everyone. 

Lindsay has worked with clients recovering from various injuries, pre and post natal people, different age groups from teenagers to older people and people with disabilities.

It is with Lindsays 8 years of teaching experience working in class and private settings, with a wide variety of people, that she has come to understand that being comfortable with open communication and developing a keen eye are two of the most important skills you can nurture as a movement teacher.
