For Kaylyn, movement of the body is a tool to calm the mind and to create a holistic sense of inner strength, balance and empowerment. She is a Muse Movement mat and reformer certified grad, who also holds a 200 hour yoga certification and has been guiding movement and mindfulness since 2017. With a Trauma-informed teacher training certification and first hand experience living with anxiety, Kaylyn is passionate about cultivating community and guiding mindful movement for mental health, self confidence and autonomy. Don't let her calming voice fool you... Kaylyn loves a physical challenge and will invite you to explore all of your edges in her classes with a light-hearted attitude.
