What do you appreciate most in your Pilates practice: getting lost in the moment and movement where time doesn't seem to matter. As I age I appreciate my practice in other ways. Grip strength, balance and bone strength
Your main fault: Procrastination and time blindness

Your idea of happiness: Being in nature, outdoors and dog parks have a calming and happiness-inducing effect
If not yourself who/what would you like to be: A perfumer
Where would you like to live: I would like to live like a snow bird. Somewhere warm in the winter and back in Toronto for the summer
