Our Reformer Studio offers full body classes in which we methodically and progressively build on creative reformer exercises.

Reformer Foundations

A back to basics class for those new to the machine so you can get comfortable on the machine and focus on connecting to your body and having fun. Not just for newbies - still a great workout.

Reformer Jump

The jumpboard is all out fun.  Add some safe for your joint jumps to your reformer workout to help lift spirits and challenge muscular endurance and strength.

Reformer Play

A weekly class designed for community building. Each week a different teacher will explore a progressive theme and or try some unique moves . While we don’t believe in hierarchy of movement, we value safety so you must have three months regular practice before attending please.

All our reformer classes are all levels and we provide lots of options for all movers, bodies and moods. In each class you will get thoughtful sequencing, dynamic movement, stability, mobility, strength and balance, support and a kick ass playlist . We meet you where you are at and offer ways to gently push.  We encourage requests at the beginning of every class which allows us the flexibility to teach to who is in the room and create community.
